These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of Adhiverse's visual communication platform (the "Service").
1. Overview
Adhiverse is a visual SaaS platform that enables creators and businesses to design and distribute interactive web experiences using XR technologies, including 3D product configurators and virtual showrooms. When using the Service, you can access various content ("Licensed Content") and upload your own content ("User Content"). Your use of Licensed Content is governed by our Subscription License Agreement.
The Service is accessible at adhiverse.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, as well as our Privacy Policy.
You may use the Service if you can form a binding contract with Adhiverse and are legally permitted to do so.
2. Legal Entity
Adhiverse AI Studio is operated by Adhiverse Pvt. Ltd., located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. By using the Service, you agree that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Adhiverse Pvt. Ltd.
3. Using the Service
Children under 13 may not use the Service unless authorized by a parent or guardian. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to access and use the Service for personal or business purposes, and you are responsible for any activity on your account.
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Discrimination based on race, religion, sex, or other factors is not tolerated.
4. Security and Data Privacy
We implement security measures to protect your information. Our Privacy Policy details how we handle your personal data.
5. Content and Designs
You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Service. Licensed Content usage is subject to the Subscription License Agreement.
6. Billing
Adhiverse offers free and paid services. You can find our subscription options here. Subscriptions auto-renew, and you can cancel anytime, though no refunds are provided for prior payments.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service and Licensed Content remain with Adhiverse and its licensors. Suggestions or feedback you provide may be used to improve our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Adhiverse’s liability is limited to the greater of CHF 100 or the fees paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Term and Termination
These Terms are effective upon your first access and continue until your subscription ends or your account is deleted. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
13. Miscellaneous
You agree to comply with all applicable laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Bhubaneswar.
